ご依頼の流れ/Order Process

​

1.見積りの申込み/Request for Quote

 

お見積りをお申し込みいただきましたら、いただいた画像などをもとに見積書を作成したのち、送付いたします。

内容をご確認いただき、正式に依頼するかご検討ください。

Once you submit your quote request, we'd prepare a quotation based on the images you provided and send it to you.

Review the contents and consider whether you'd to formally place the order.

なお、お見積もりには以下が必要となります。

・刺繍したいイラスト。

・簡略化して欲しくない部分(特にこだわりたい箇所)がありましたら、事前にお伝えください。

＊イラスト、キャラクターを持っていない場合、こちらで作成することも可能です。お気軽にご相談ください。イラストの作例はこちら

​Note that the following things are required for your quote:

・The illustration you wish to have embroidered.

・If there are any parts you would'nt like to be simplified (especially areas you are particular about), please let us know in advance.

＊If you would not have an illustration or character design, we could create one for you. Feel free to consult with us. Art examples here

2.お支払い/Payment

　ご納得いただきましたらお支払い、ご注文確定となります。

　銀行振込、またはPayPalをご利用いただけます。

​Once you are satisfied with the quote, payment would be processed and your order would be confirmed.
Only Paypal is available for international customers.

 

3.制作開始/Start Working

　申し込みいただいた時点で既に他のご依頼作品の制作に着手していた場合、

　順番待ちをしていただくことになる場合がございます。

　制作を順次進め、依頼者様の順になり次第お知らせいたします。

　制作期間は、当工房が制作開始を明示した日から概ね2～3ヶ月です。

　依頼者様とのやり取りによって前後する場合がございます。

If we have already begun production on another commissioned piece at the time of your application, you may be placed on a waiting list.

We would proceed with production in order and notify you as soon as your turn arrives.

The production period is generally 2 to 3 months from the date our workshop explicitly begins production.

This period may vary depending on communication with the client.

4.お届け/Shipping

　発送時、追跡番号と共に発送のご連絡をいたします。

We would notify you of the shipment along with the tracking number when it is dispatched.

注意事項/Important Notes

・現在グラデーションは再現することができません。

・ご自身のオリジナルキャラクター、あるいは著作元から許諾を得ているキャラクターのみお申し込みいただけます。

・「けむくぢゃら」の作風をご理解いただいたうえでお申し込みいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

・版権キャラクター、またそれらに似せたデザインのキャラクターは、トラブル防止のためお断りしております。

・使用する糸の色味は、ご指定に添えない場合がございます。

・Gradients cannot be rendered.

・Only your original characters or characters for which you have obtained permission from the copyright holder may be submitted.

・Ensure you understand the artistic style of “Kemukudyara” before submitting your request.

・To prevent disputes, we cannot accept copyrighted characters or designs resembling them.

・The actual thread color may not match your specified shade.

禁止事項/Prohibited Matters

完成品の解体、複製、転売。

こちらで作成した書類やイメージ画像などの流用、転用、二次利用、公開など。

Disassembly, duplication, or resale of finished products.

Reuse, repurposing, secondary use, or publication of documents, images, or other materials created by us.

その他/Others

・一定期間ご連絡が無断で途絶えた場合、また不正行為が確認された場合、当方の判断によりご依頼をキャンセルとさせていただく場合がございます。その場合、返金対応はいたしかねますので、ご了承ください。

・ハンドメイド作品です。工場製品のような強度はございません。

・If contact is lost without notice for a certain period, or if fraudulent activity is confirmed, we may cancel your order at our discretion. Please understand that in such cases, refunds will not be issued.

・These are handmade items. They do not possess the same durability as factory-produced goods.
